about time we connected.
I'm Lauren — a spiritual intuitive and multidimensional beacon of light. I love all things wellness, spiritual, cosmic, astrological and mystical. I am a lifelong student seeking knowledge of the connective energy between logic, philosophy and spirituality (my 1st house Jupiter in Leo and 9th house Sun conjunct MC placements tend to take center stage). I show up authentically and love to encourage others to do the same.
I am a soul-filled and energetic multidimensional beacon of light who is on a mission to help the collective gain clarity on our connective core elements. I have gone through challenges and have overcome elements of darkness in my own life, which influenced my journey of becoming an instrument for healing and increasing enlightened frequencies.
I attended Kent State University and obtained my Bachelors in Psychology in 2015. Throughout that time, I began working in a psychiatric hospital. The experiences I had working in the hospital were transformative and increased my desire to advocate for mental health. I returned back to school and obtained my Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron in 2020. Since then, I have additionally worked as a therapist in the community mental health and private practice settings.
In addition to growing into my identity as a therapist, my journey also led me to becoming a certified 200-hour yoga and meditation teacher, reiki practitioner and sound healer. by entering into a metaphorical coccon to do some of my own inner work at that time, I processed personal childhood/generational traumas, shadow-work and nourished deep-rooted healing. Throughout these experiences I underwent a massive spiritual awakening. I connected with angels, spirit guides, was shown visions, gained insight into my psychic abilities and so many more heart-filled experiences. the chrysalis journey that I embarked on impacted the perspective I have on therapeutic work and holistic wellness. There is a distinct energy within every living being that has healing properties. It takes vulnerability, curiosity, patience and self-compassion to access it.
I have accessed that healing energy on my own journey.
