YOGA AND MEDITATION TEACHER
On my journey, I had a desire to connect deeper to my relationship with sound and silence (one beautiful lesson from my spiritual awakening). I relearned my voice, the frequency of my vibration (especially in relation to throat chakra elements) and broke free of unhealthy patterns of quieting myself with the assistance of sound healing. I have one set of crystal singing bowls and one set of handmade metal singing bowls that I purchased while in Nepal. Channeled energy and spiritual insights tend to make their way into my sound healing practice. The best way to describe the sensations I have when I'm playing is like I am having a musical conversation with the universe and its angelic forces. In addition to playing my bowls, I regularly practice chanting mantra.
I have been practicing yoga for 12+ years and obtained my 200- hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher certification in 2023 from the Satya Yoga and Meditation School in Cleveland, Ohio. Shortly after graduation, I travelled for three-weeks through various places in India and Nepal. During the trip, I was able to put to use the foundational elements of yoga science. My practice has changed and sculpted into a more meditative experience, especially with incorporating elements I learned during my stay at Himalayan Yoga Academy, an ashram in Kathmandu, Nepal. I participate in a daily meditation practice and am dedicated to my relationship with yoga. I have experienced throughout my journey awakened kundalini energy, samadhi, connections with spiritual deities, visions, spirit and totem animals, my inner goddess and so much more.

SOUND HEALER
I absolutely love everything about Reiki. Every time I provide it to another person I am able to connect with the other person's soul in a profound way. I tend to see visions and receive psychic insights when Reiki is involved (I have cried a time or two with clients due to the powerful messages I receive). Outside of working with other people, you can find me providing reiki energy to *literally* any animal, tree or body of water that is open to receiving. Working with reiki energy is a portal to the divine nature of intuition and it's intelligent healing properties.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
I have a natural ability to channel energy, communicate with galatics/ spiritual entities, and receive psychic information. My intuitive insights typically come in their uniquely coded messages, visions, dreams, sounds and sensations. I have developed a keen awareness and understanding of their purpose, especially due to my work in the Akashic realm, spiritual practices, metaphysical studies, occult and divination experiences, energy work, poetry, astrology studies, and consciousness experiences within psychology. While I do not hold myself as spiritual service client's mental health provider, I additionally hold a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree. Beyond the musical sphere, I use my voice as an instrument behind the microphone on intuitive one's YouTube channel which allows me to speak on behalf of collective consciousness.
